  • AFTER WE HAVE ACCEPTED YOUR REQUEST, PLEASE PLACE THE ITEM(S) IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX, OR ANY OTHER SOLID CARTON BOX, AND CLOSE THE BOX AND TAPE IT SECURELY. WE RECOMMEND YOU TO USE A RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY COURIER SERVICE TO SEND THE PACKAGE BACK TO US.
EXCHANGE
  • Unfortunately, Ponystone.com only accept returns at this moment. If you want to exchange your item(s), you must return your original order and place a new order.
REFUND
  • Refunds for all transactions will be issued to a credit voucher code which will be expired 30 days after issued.
  • Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received and processed.
  • Please note that it is always necessary to have received the merchandise prior to requesting a refund.
FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe an item you have purchased is faulty, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and let us know as many details as you can about the fault. We will then request images of the fault before providing you with an outcome.

WARRANTY

Please be aware that even such products are not entirely free of workmanship errors, including occasional missing threads and similar defects. Products subject to distressing as part of the styling are also subject to increased chance of defect and do tend to wear out faster than normal. Many products, particularly those with distressed styling, do wear out or develop holes with regular wear-and-tear over time.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
  • Please note, we only process returns that were purchased via the online store.
  • We are unable to provide refunds for change of mind returns. Change of mind includes any reason other than where an item is assessed as faulty by us, including instances where a style didn’t suit you or did not fit how you wanted or expected it to.
  • Underwear and accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Item(s) must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
  • Item(s) must have all original tags still attached.
  • Item(s) purchased during a promotional sale period cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Item(s) returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may sent back to you.
  • We have the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order.
